Q: How can I change
the quantity of products in the cart?
A: To increase or reduce
the quantity, you have to substitute the correct number for
the product in the "Quantity" column and click on "Update",
on the same line at the bottom right.
Q: How can I remove
a product that I have entered by mistake?
A: You have to go directly
to the summary form on the cart page; then click on "Remove"
in the product line indicated.
Q: How can I go back
directly to the department I was visiting, once they are in
the cart?
A: You can do this either
by clicking on the backwards arrow of your browser (Explorer,
Netscape, Opera, etc.) or by clicking on the key just above
the summary form for the cart, where you see the words "<<
go back to department".
Q: In the section "Small
free-standing articles" there is no "add to cart" key. Is
this a mistake?
A: There is no "add to
cart" key in that section, because it is intended only as
an entry into the range inside it; by clicking on the name
of the range (e.g. 1800 Lara Range>>), you will be able to
go into the actual department with "add to cart" keys for
the individual products. If you are interested in the complete
range, all the individual items must be purchased.
Q: Do the prices include
VAT?
A: The prices shown, both
in the departments and in the cart, are already inclusive
of VAT.
Q: How long will the
product take to arrive?
A: The product will be
delivered within 5 working days from receipt of the order.
If the goods are not available in our warehouse, we will send
you a message as soon as possible, giving you the delivery-times
for the unavailable goods.
Q: Is there a minimum
amount per order?
A: Yes, the minimum order
is 10 Euros.
