Conditions of sale

MAKING UP THE ORDER - The order will be made up within 24 hours from receipt of our confirmation by e-mail. The package will therefore arrive at its destination, subject to unforeseen events, within 5 working days from the order-date (for deliveries in Italy). If the goods are not available in our warehouse, we will send you a message giving the delivery-times for the unavailable goods.

METHODS OF PAYMENT - You can select from one of the following payment-methods:
· Credit Card: in this case, you just have to enter your card details on the appropriate page;
· Cash on delivery: you pay the invoice amount when you receive the goods (available only for deliveries in Italy).

TRANSPORT COSTS - For deliveries in Italy, solely for orders of less than 260.00 Euros inclusive of VAT, the transport-cost will vary according to the type of payment selected:
· Euro 10.00 inc. VAT, for credit card payments;
· Euro 15.00 inc. VAT, for cash-on-delivery payments;

For overseas deliveries, transport costs will be as follows (for any order-amount):
· EU countries and Switzerland: Euro 25.00 inc. VAT;
· Norway, Finland, Ireland, the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands: Euro 28.00 inc. VAT;
· USA, Canada, Africa, Asia: Euro 30.00


GUARANTEE - The goods are guaranteed by Happy Bagno; in the case of defects, you should notify Happy Bagno, Via Emilia Levante n° 156/2A, 40139 Bologna, within 7 days, by registered letter with advice of receipt, or by e-mail (in the latter case, with a registered letter with advice of receipt posted in the 48 hours following). The goods must be sent in their original packaging, together with the invoice; as soon as we receive the defective goods and have ascertained the defect, we will replace them, subject to warehouse availability. Happy Bagno is not liable for goods returned which are lost or damaged in transit and the customer is therefore advised to insure the goods.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - To exercise your right of withdrawal, allowed for in distance-sales and guaranteed by Italian Legislative Decree 185/99, please write, within 10 working days from receipt of package, to customercare@happybagno.com, referring to our invoice and specifying which products you intend to return and details of the bank account to which you require the credit to be made. In this case, it will be your responsibility to arrange for despatch of the products, intact and in their original packaging, together with our invoice. We will arrange to credit you with the amount already paid, exclusive of transport costs, within 14 working days from receipt of the products. The products must be sent to: Happy Bagno, Via Emilia Levante n° 156/2A, 40139 Bologna.

Note for information in accordance with Legislative Decree No.185/99:
 
Purchases made from our website, as for all long-distance purchases made by telephone or post, since they take place outside commercial premises, are protected by Italian Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999; this allows the consumer the possibility to exercise the right of withdrawal..
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within a time limit of 10 working days from receipt of the goods. This right consists of the right to send the goods purchased back to the supplier without any penalty and without specifying the reason, and the consequent reimbursement of the purchase price.
 
Exceptions:
 
The right of withdrawal applies to private individuals acting from motives not attributable to their professional activity. Purchases made by dealers and businesses are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal is also not applicable to the following product-categories:
    a) sealed audiovisuals or computer software opened by the consumer;
    b) newspapers, periodicals and magazines.
